East Jakarta Dukcapil Forms 10 Pilot RWs for KAMSA Program

East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency formed 10 pilot RWs for Population Administration Awareness Village Movement (KAMSA) program at Pola Room, East Jakarta Mayor Office, on Tuesday (12/21).

Pilot RWs were formed through signing joint commitment by administrators of RW, urban village, Dukcapil Sub-agency and witnessed by East Jakarta Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaludin.
East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Head, Nurrahman stated, KAMSA program is a part of Indonesia Movement for Population Administration Awareness (GISA) as well as an effort to fulfill the needs of population documents for the community.

He informed, 10 RWs that had been chosen for KAMSA program were RW 02 Palmeriam (Matraman), RW 011 Rawamangun (Pulogadung), RW 013 Cipinang Besar Utara (Jatinegara), RW 012 Cililitan (Kramat Jati), RW 01 Kalisari (Pasar Rebo), RW 03 Rawa Teratai (Cakung), RW 013 Malaka Jaya (Duren Sawit), RW 06 Halim Perdana Kusumah (Makasar), RW 09 Ciracas (Ciracas), and RW 02 Munjul (Cipayung).
In 2022, he added, KAMSA program will target 65 RWs across 65 urban villages in East Jakarta.
This program was made to build collaboration, synergy, and high commitment between Dukcapil units in urban villages and RW administrators. Thus it could give positive impacts on population administration services.
Jakarta Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaludin mentioned, KAMSA program started from RW, urban village, sub-district, to city level.
Through KAMSA program, his side expected people in 1 RW will have an orderly population administration. Thus target for population administration ownership from KTP, KIA, birth certificate, and KK can exceed the national target. Surely, RWs that have implemented KAMSA program will be given certificate of appreciation.
"KAMSA is first implemented in East Jakarta because it is initiated by East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency. Later, other areas will also carry out door-to-door service," he said.
